On 14 may 2024 we will participate in the Museo del Mare in Portovecchio, Trieste, at ๐ก๐ฒ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, organized by the Maritime Technology Cluster FVG - mareFVG, which we recently joined.
Why EMC Gems? Because EMC Gems is a company that designs, manufactures and supplies position sensors.
Where are sensors used in the environment nautical and marine?
Marine sector:
ย 1) sensors for angle sensing engine levers, gearbox, rudder,
ย 2) tilt and engine position monitoring,
3) wind speed and direction.
Marine sector:ย
1) sensors for monitoring engine speed and vibration,
ย 2) crane control, winch,
ย 3) position of valves,
ย 4) position of ramps and stern door.
Our inductive rotary and linear encoders, "iEncoders," are available off the shelf or codesigned with the customer to meet all customer needs (space, size....). But we don't stop there: in fact, our sensors enable models ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ด๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐๐ถ๐ป of mechanical components by also measuring their vibrations thus preventing failures and downtime that, as you know, in the nautical and maritime sector are crucial in preventing accidents.
